One example is that I want to clear QSL Date fields that are older than
one year by filtering QSO with Less or Equal 12-15-2007 in the QSL

The Range option does not appear to work on QSL date or the QSO. There
is no prompt. I could have used that one

dx4win doesn't offer a cw decoder. But you can use any cw decoder you wish
like cwget or anything else. Instead you can use dx4win to send only cw but
you need a simple interface for this or something like sigmalink will do the

you have to change the radio to Elecraft K3 X4 in the preferences. My K3
works just fine with it, including band+mode changes including split.

Looks like it was first active 3-6 May 1971, then maybe again in September.
I broke it in the 7 December 2008 release of the country file, so it
had nothing to do with DX4WIN 7.07 per-se, except that was the version
of the country file included in the release.
