Is the UPDATE QSO button highlighted or grayed out? In my case I get my QSL info from the GOLIST. When QSL info is available there is a note to the effect: ----QSL info from: C:\GOLIST\GOWIN32.DLL If the info is there the UPDATE QSO button is highlighted and when clicked will fill in the State, County, Grid, etc, info. This only works for US calls.
