I'm trying to clear my DXCC Mixed Submit flags by going to Reports > Change Award Flags > DXCC Mixed > Clear Submitted. I go back in and check each call and verify the Sub has been removed and it seemed to work however as soon as I call up the DXCC Submissions Report, it resets the flags back t
