You probably need to replace the adif.pmp in the import directory
also with the latest one from JIM, AD1C is included in his montly releases

Well Karl,
I am not really 100% sure but I think your dx4win.cfg is corrupted
If you are sure that you are in expert mode this shouldn´t be happening.
try the following
Make a full backup on another disk or usbstick etc
First write a dx4win.ini file(so you can import later on)
Delete dx4win.cfg in

I looked at Andy's post and was going to answer his questions, but
to ensure I was answering correctly, I went to the prefs>qso
screen to check a couple of things and found out, much to my
surprise that the page is not working correctly. The problems are
1. changes to "band," "mode," "qsl
I have just downloaded my second lotwreport.adi file from LOTW and I suspect
that something went wrong. As it is not a procedure that I use very often I
followed the steps in the AD1C application notes. Everything went according
to the notes until with the Options for duplicate QSOs window open I

As Jim suggested, it seems you inadvertently set the wrong flag when you
imported from LotW. If you could identify when... you could at least
identify which range of cards were affected.
I'm not even sure why there is an option to set the confirmed flag when
importing... any idea Jim?
