[Dx4win] Installing DX4W702 on Laptop with Windows 7

I have tried to install DX4W702 on a new laptop running windows 7 with no luck. I am installing from a CD. I click on the dx4w702.exe and the install begins. I am installing as administrator. It goes thru the process and at the end clicking finish it stops and ask me to copy vichw11.sys to c:\win
