I have the older 8 versions still and some old backup logs. I will do
some experimenting to see if I can get more information to go on...

I'm 99% sure that I tested this in the early days of 8.01 with at
least two satellite users, and I don't remember having any problem
confirming the QSOs.

Yes I contacted the ARRL and Norm, W3IZ responded. He said that this
additional info is not necessary in the QSL report and that
it should be up to the logging program to check. He suggested that I
check here on the DX4Win list. It doesn't sound like they are inclined
to add the additio
Has anyone worked with downloading their confirmed satellite QSOs from
LOTW?
After importing my confirmations, all my satellite QSOs show up in the
resulting 'not found' file and don't confirm the QSO in DX4Win. It
appears to me that this is because in DX4Win my satellite QSOs band is
set to S
