I cannot tell from your request what problem you are trying to solve.

1. One user, multiple computers, multiple radios?
_or_
2. Multiple users, multiple computers, multiple radios?

With scenario #2, in which multiple users could simultaneously attempt to 
update the log, there is a definite risk of data loss due to the 
last-update-wins characteristic of non-shared files. If you are looking for 
a networked multi-user logging program DX4Win is NOT your answer.
