I'm sorry, Fred, but I am unable to help you. What I am posting is a
request to keep all discussion regarding this issue on the reflector so
that all of us can learn from it.
It is very frustrating to see potentially fascinating topics "taken
private" where the ultimate resolution seldom sees the light of day.
