X5 is my arbitrary designation for a patch I made to K3 X4.rig about 3
years ago to fix the problem with the X4 file sending the frequency and
mode commands to the K3 in the wrong order. I don't recall now which has

I've never heard of X5. These are the files that ship with DX4WIN 8.0
Is there an X5 file for the K3? I only have the X4 file. Can someone please
let me know if there is a new one?
Thank you.

WOW..you guys are fast... The K3 files are received and I believe it was the
X5 version that worked best with Win7/64 here.
Thanks to Tony N3ME for being here to help!
Could someone please send me the latest K3 Rig file. I think its K3 X5.rig but
I don’t have it after reloading everything.
Mike,
First be aware of the fact that LoTW keeps only a small subset of QSO
information - date, time, band, location - if your DX4WIN log has, for
example, information on paper QSLs, that won't show up in LoTW.
To download parts of your LoTW log, use my query page:

Is it possible to export part of a log for use elsewhere from LoTW? Is this
the same mechanics as a LOTW upload?
