Hi Frank,

The .notfound file is created by DX4WIN based on the status of the
confirmation
ADIF file you downloaded from eQSL (or LoTW). This ADIF file contains a bad
callsign
as can be seen in the ADIF record below.
<CALL:13>YU2V EX YU7KO<QSO_DATE:8:D>20130218<TIME_ON:4>1914
<BAND:3>80M<MODE:3>SSB<RST_SENT:2>59<RST_RCVD:0>
<QSL_SENT:1>Y<QSL_SENT_VIA:1>E<EOR>

This line is translated in the .notfound file as

X YU2V EX YU7K 18-Feb-2013 19:14   80m    SSB      0

Not sure which logging program you used to upload the data, because DX4WIN
would
not allow a callsign field containing a blank character. Also surprised
that eQSL
accepted such a callsign. You can delete this line in the .notfound file
using notepad.

I will try to make the .notfound viewer more robust!
