I guess that is confusing C in reports is confirmed, C in the award flags is
Checked. So depends where your looking, Checked in the reports shows as an
*.

In QSO window go to reports and in Report generator window go to Award
flags. There select "Clear Submitted" for dxcc mixed and possibly dxcc
mode, etc.
