How about it remembering to leave the CALLSIGN/MGR LOOKUP window open and not having to hit F3 each time you open the program.

The problem is that people will forget their log was left in contest mode, and then wonder why things are working differently when the start the program the next time. A prompt to discard would be good, unless you are a rush to get (re-)started.
