I think there are several different issues here:

What do you mean by "the AWARDS section of my DX4WIN log window"?  Do
you mean the award flags at the bottom of the QSO (log entry) window?
Those flags will get set if you peform a DX4WIN submission for the
IOTA award. When your application is returned, you can then change the
IOTA flag(s) from Submitted to Checked (via the Report menu)

There is no way to do so.  Either do the IOTA submission through
DX4WIN (see above), or manipulate the award flags by hand.

You want to use the "Compare LoTW Credits to DX4WIN" program
(something like that) found at http://dx4win.ad1c.us/ (I can not get
to this site from work).  Then you can figure out how to resolve the
differences.  It's all described on that page.

Log into ARRL LoTW site.
Click on Awards box near the top.
Click on "Select DXCC Award Account" on the left.
Click on "DXCC QSL Download" on the left to generate the ADIF file you
showed in your message.
