I've started using a Brother one-label-at-a-time label maker, the QL-550, with DX4Win v8.05 It's a very nice printer, and much easier to deal with than a conventional printer and sheets of labels.

I first started out using DK-1201 labels, which are 1.1" x 3.5" (28.9mm x 90.3mm) which were fine other than that each label had to be trimmed as they are wider than the space on my card.

I then tried the DK-1209 label, which is 1.1" x 2.4" (28.9mm x 62mm). For some reason I cannot explain or figure out how to cure, the printable space in height is less than with the 1201 label, which is the same size.

I've tried adjusting all of the tweakable parameters in DX4Win, but can't expand that space.

Can anyone help?

Thanks, 73 & Happy New Year!
