I made the IOTA routine and found only one mistake
ZL3TE/P is on OC036 from 17-19 Jan 2016
and
on OC201 from 25-26 Jul 2015
I had some no sense mistakes (gb18fifa) also. You had right on these.
One that made me to search was YB9/DL3KZA
It seems you had right finally but this guy

In addition to the usual stuff, this was a big release for "Islands on
the Air" (IOTA) chasers who are using DX4WIN 9.0x. Users of older
DX4WIN versions can stop reading at this point unless it encourages
you to upgrade!
