There are multiple ways to search. Here is another good way - if you press F9
to clear the QSO window, then enter a prefix, such as SM. If you have the
country window open, you can click in any of the boxes and all the QSOs
associated with that box will appear in the logbook window.

Even in the search, you can include more than one criteria, for example
mark in Pref. SM and QSL Y.
It will give you the QSO confirmed with SM. Greetings.
