[Dx4win] CW Keying

A strange problem! I am loading some old logs into DX4WIN. I find that any QSO before 1st June 1983 does not create any award credits. This is on v7.05.04 - but I find the same effect on old versions of 6.02 and 5.03. But if I load the log into v4.05 all the award credits appear. I tried a test
