[Dx4win] Reprogram Memory Keys in MMTTY and PSK31

In trying to reprogram the MMTTY memory keys, I cannot figure out where the coding is located. There is a reference to 18 that seems to bring up Paul in Anondale, VA that I cannot find to change. There is also a reference to brag.txt that I have been unable to find. There are similar issues
