This may not be the easiest way but it will work. MAKE A BACK UP COPY OF
YOUR LOG. In Dx4win go to window and logbook. Right click on log book any
where and in the popup window go to write to coma separate value file. Be
sure to note where the file will be saved. Open the file with ex
DX4WIN obtains the UTC date and time directly from the operating system.
Check your time and time zone in Windows. It should be displayed on the
bottom right of your screen. Double click on the time and it will open. Be
sure to hit the apply button.

Go to file Preferences - EXT Data Tab and be sure in Data Source it Shows
Buckmaster CDRom and that in Dat Directory all you have is C:\.
In the Exectuble Program block Put C:\hamcall\hamcall.exe. You should have
hamcall under the hom0 directory. Be sure to write a new ini and save

Go to Program Files / Dx4Win503 (may be diffrent version) /Save floder and
move all files in the saved folder The Dx4win CFG extension file has all
your settings.

I am by no means an expert in this but have made so many mistakes that I
usually am in the been there done that capacity. Be sure Dx4Win is
closed.Go into Window Explorer / program files/ save folder and look for you
log file name with ~xl extension. Double click on that file and hope that
I installed the ham CD on my computer and also get monthly updates from
buckmaster, but when I use the F3 key in Dx4Win to call up the callsign
lookup it searches only my original data base. It does not check the monthly
up dates. Is there any way to make it search the monthly updates also.
