Figured it out, my 30 day worked cut-off date
was the culprit.

I'm having trouble getting my PJ4 QSO on 10/10/10 to show
up in the DXCC listing report and bandmap window. The QSO
window shows Bonaire OK however.
Here's what I did:
1. deleted the Netherlands Antilles and Saba, etc and
created new deleted entities PJ2/D and PJ7/D with end
dates 10/09/2010,
Had this problem in 4.07, still exists in 5.03. I'm trying to do the
CTRL-Insert command to stick a new one in. I occasionally
get lucky, but for some reason cannot for the life of me
get the right keystrokes to add OC-249, Aru Islands to the
database. I get an access violation at address 00411D4A
