[Dx4win] Skins?

HI Guys, I am having trouble with skins using Ver 9.03 and Win10. When I change the skins in preferences nothing about the windows appearance change. I previous used the iTunes skins which works fine in Ver 8.05 with the same Win10 setup. Any ideas would be appreciate. WP Osborne-K5ZQ
