When I start DX4WIN the only windows that open are the packet window and
the DX Spots window. How do I get it to operate properly?

I know I'm a bit late to the party, since FT8 has been around for a number
of years.
I couldn't find any chatter about whether or not there will be an effort to
integrate FT8 into DX4WIN. That is so that FT8 contacts can be made from
within DX4WIN, and saved to the log, thereby making dup checkin
OK - I screwed up. I unwittingly loaded a bunch (like 1600) of contest
QSOs from N1MM into DX4WIN but I had the "set Label to Yes" set. So now
I need to un-set the flag. I think I need to create a group of the 1600
QSO's and then un-set the flag? I haven't been able to find where the

When I import an adif file the label flag is being set. How do I go
about stopping this from happening.
Question 2 How do I group unset all of the flags that have been
improperly set?
Thanks all. I've been away from DX4WIN for a number of years - just
getting back to it.

I have DX4WIN 8.08 and a K3. I have been experiencing an oddity that I have
not been able to resolve:
With K3 tuned to 3500.0, if I double click on a spot at 3503.5 the K3 goes
to 3503.5. No problem.
With the K3 in the CW portion of the band (e.g. 3503.5) if I double click on
a spot at 3800.
Lets hope this is just an anomaly!
What I would do is just enter the call with a three letter suffix (and do this
as a standard in your log) and then put the full call in the comments. I don't
expect to see any change to the way the program works. What were they thinking?

Problem solved. Found the answer via Google. Problem went away when I
unselected 'Print Method Labels.'

Help. I've been trying to print my QSL labels (which I have done numerous
times before) and I'm getting the following error: "An exception has occurred!
List index out of bounds (-1)"
I'm using DX4Win V 7.07.02, XP with SP3, printing to Avery 5160 labels.
Thanks,
Wayne

Ian: Indeed it does. What I'm looking for is a way to map Alt W to F12.

Subject: [Dx4win] Key
Many of us use Writelog for our contest logging. In writelog (and I think
CT in the old days) Alt W is used to clear the QSO entry window. In a
contest you Alt W a lot, so it is second nature to Alt W if you want a clear
QSO entry window.
In DX4Win it's F9 plus respond to the "do you really w
I Spent much time today trying to get DX4WIN to key my transmitter. I use
Writelog for contesting with the keyer and it works fine. I'm sure there
are many on the list that have struggled with this same problem.
I use the 1/8" plug PTT outputs from the K5XD keyer to key my rigs. This is
