It does for me.
In my Packet1 preferences, I have "Warning messages" set to "List in Window".

One way would be to null out the 4 warning patterns on
preferences|packet2. (Be sure to write down what they are so you can
restore them in the future if need be).
Another way is to enter SET/NOANNOUNCEMENTS on your cluster node.
