Paul,

The double clicking in a report window ignores the LOTW confirmations.
(this is a bug)

Looking at the code, I do not have the tools to set a search filter for an
OR operation. (card confirmed or LOTW confirmed). So for the next 
release, I will check what confirmation type you have in the preferences.
If it is only LOTW, I will search for the UplCnf=Y; if it is Card in hand,
or either one, I will search for Conf=Y.
