This is the exact same message I sent to Kostas this morning: 1. The CQWW Committee insists that UA9S, UA9T and UA9W are in CQ Zone 16, regardless of what the DX operator sends. DX4WIN has all these as Zone 17, because that's what the DX usually sends. There will be no changes in this area.
2. DX4WIN does *NOT* have CQ zone exceptions for USA callsigns. It only has exceptions when a KH6, KL7, etc. call is used from the lower-48 states (in other words, a COUNTRY exception). When you fill in the STATE field for a USA QSO, then DX4WIN will automatically put in the correct zone. So set K5ZD=MA, N2IC=NM and K9RS=PA and the zones will match your contest log. 73 - Jim AD1C p.s. you did not work VC2A, you worked VC3A.
