When I download my LOTW report and import it to DX4WIN there is report with
the LOTW called LOTW witht the type listed as Not Found File. I asked ARRL
what this file is and they indicated it must be generated by my logging
program.
Does anyone know what generates this file and what does it mean?

This is explained reasonably well in the Help file. Check Help, Search for
Help On and enter Review QSOs Not Found (actually typing just rev will get
you there). It's a great feature.
