I might add that since the Insert (Holding) only pauses the scrolling
and not the passing of info, (Holding) the packet screen will not stop
the Spot screen from scrolling. If you want the Spot screen to pause
then use insert in that screen

Can some one please explain to me what the INSERT key should do when hit in one
of the packet screens ?
No matter how many times i hit this key (i know once is enough) the spots in
the packet screen keep on scrolling up.
Am i mis interpreting this funtction or what?

it should stop the spots getting in the DX SPOTS window When you push INSERT
in that screen, in the packet window they will Still flow and after pushing
insert again in the DX SPOTS window They will appear also
