If you track Islands on the Air (IOTA) in DX4WIN, you may want to read
some additional information I just wrote regarding remote operation:

It is *not* meant to be a definitive description of the problem or all
the possible variations. The point is to inform users how to deal with
the situation in DX4WIN when and if it occurs.
I hope that I have described the basics of the issue correctly, as
well as the remedy. If there are errors or ambiguities, please let me
know. Please post any follow-up questions to this thread on the DX4WIN
reflector.
