[Dx4win] LoTW Update

Using DX4WIN 8 on with Win 7, I would like to upload to LoTW from my last uploadwhich was with DX4WIN 7 and Win XP on an old PC - now gone.I used FILTER | SELECTION and have over 15000 files for uploading.The "Set LoTW Upload Flag" has marked the files OK but "Set LoTWUpload Date" has not.W
