Check the following settings in preferences.
On the STATION tab, make sure those bands and modes are Checked.
On File | Awards, click the DXCC tab. Again, make sure those and modes are
Checked.
Make sure that LoTW is checked under "Confirmation"

I use DX4WIN 8.05
When I receive new confirmations in LOTW,
a) I import the LOTW downloaded ADIF file into DX4WIN
b) I upload the same LOTW ADIF file to Clublog, as a merged file
c) about every 3 months I do a full upload from DX4WIN to Clublog just to make
sure, using the delete
I am using version 8.05. Just now I was checking something on ClubLog and
noticed that some QSOs were just showing as worked (W) and not confirmed (C)
as I knew them to be. Once a week or so I produce an ADIF file and do an
upload to LoTW using the functionality of DX4W and TQSL. I wait a while
