Hello DX4WIN Users. I have been using the latest version DX4WIN, now version 9.0.9.1259 for the past two years, running on Window 10, without any issues. Yesterday, on start-up I got a "Fatel Error Message" saying Country.dat file was missing and error message said I had to close the program.
