I worked PJ2A in October of 2010 when it was in the "old"
PJ2. DX4WIN thinks it is in the "new" PJ2. How can these exceptions
be handled?

If you worked it between 00z and 04z on the 10th, then it will come up
as new PJ2. DX4WIN only
