I noticed today that I'm seeing spots from one particular station (4N1CW) which aren't greyed out in the DX spot window. In the Packet1 preferences, I have "K,VE" set as "Prefixes/Zones for spotters", and until today, I don't recall ever seeing any non-US or non-VE spots showing up not greyed o
