I discovered recently that in my 2000 IARU (July) contest (only 100 qsl's
but some good ones! ) an error was made somewhere that moved the qso
times exactly 15 hours off.

This may not be the easiest way but it will work. MAKE A BACK UP COPY OF
YOUR LOG. In Dx4win go to window and logbook. Right click on log book any
where and in the popup window go to write to coma separate value file. Be
sure to note where the file will be saved. Open the file with ex
