Personally, I would buy a solution the microKeyer with built-in USB sound card.
Barring that, I would research sound cards that have passed the
WriteLog Sound Board Check:

Use a good one for the digital stuff, and any piece of rubbish to make
Windows noises. Something inexpensive from Creative usually does the job
for digital. If I were doing it over, I would use a digital interface
with a built-in USB sound card, not a PC card.
