Looks like they sell an Osgold backed debit card.
There are lots of legitimate reasons they could be wanting to liquidate
osgold. They might see E-Gold as an easier to convert currency.

It could either be done through OSGold management I would think, or some
market makers only charge 1% for exchanges.
