or Arrow Plastics. About a year ago, I heard of him. He
had decided not to withhold income tax from his employees
until he was provided with a copy of the law requiring him
to do so.

include a quote of the law he breached, does it not?) and who is the
defense lawyer (in the sense of levels of expertise, specialty, etc.)?
