If you are concerned about back doors then you should know that Passphrase
Keeper doesn't send any information to the internet - you can verify that
by using AtomicLog (or other logging programs):

What do you mean by "no audited source code"? Who should audit it? Also it
is illegal to have back doors and it would ruin my reputation.
