Thanks to all of you that were gracious, helpful and even to those not so
kind for your input and suggestions. There is of course, a resolution to my
frustration. It was not exactly to my liking for various personal reasons
which I don't wish to elaborate on within this list.
Unlike some of you
I love using Egold but the customer service SUCKS! I don't require much but
it would be nice to be able to pick up the phone and call when I have a
problem and talk with a real live person. Instead I get recorded messages
and no way mentioned to talk with anyone! I don't need a toll free number
