Announced by the Netpay freecascards prepaid debit card from WWW.GLOBALONECARD.COM is so useless it made me write here. First off, you pay $22 for a card you cannot activate, neither by calling U.S. automated system nor online under so called online activation that must come free. I spent several international phone calls trying to make this wok with no success. Online activation does not seem to exist at all. My advice
