Are you aware of the PROCEDURE of getting THE PERMISSION to open a bank
account? I think - not. I'll say something quite self-expanatory: since
1990 only 14!!!!!! (Fourteen) persons (citizens of Russian Federation)
opened LEGAL accounts in Western banks!!! The procedure didn't change
much in Sept.20 !!!
