That's a pretty good idea, except E-Bullion and Goldfinger Coin already did
this about 14 months ago.
1) E-bullion launches with an Internal Message system -- GM add's an
internal message system about 8 weeks later.
2) E-Bullion allows direct acct funding by accepting Coins and Bar
