You know...all this storm of controversy that started over my posting the other day really bothered me...even the reaction that I had. So, I decided to check the facts. Here are the facts... I spent $9.90 to the OSOpps in error. I wrote to OSGold about it...not knowing if they could help. In their terms and agreements, as I just discovered, they DO say that they will mediate by contacting the recipient of a spend error one time and do NOT guarantee the results. I guess they did this, as my incorrect spend WAS returned from the account I spent it to in error. I was merely writing because I was so pleased to have my situation resolved at all...let again so quickly...nowadays that just doesn't happen often, and I was impressed. It's as simple as that.
