It was Arista 7124SX switch with certain DA cables only. :) But we have not seen it on other switches. Have you tried connecting the NIC to another link partner? And how about using different DA cables? (length or brand) Also could you please send us copy of your NIC's eeprom: "ethtool -e ethX
