Dear maintainer,
Im developing device which is based on ARM processor and the processor
supports PCI Express root-port.
Im trying to install Intel X520-SR2 adapter on this device(Linux) but there
is problem when ixgbe driver probe device.
Here is brief system configuration.
Processor :
This time, I tried "Intel(R) Gigabit ET Dual port server adapter" with igb
driver.
But this adapter also has problem reading some kind of NVM.
I'm not sure the errors have any relation to previous X520 adapter errors.

It sounds like your NVM isn't correctly set up. I'm just the ixgbe driver
owner so don't configure eeprom's myself, but I'll see what I can find out or
find someone to point you at. When you purchased the x520 LOM (I'm assuming
your developing a LOM system) weren't you provide a dev

Another engineer reminded me that IOMMU is never good for latency. You should
also make sure that is disabled.

I attached 'lspci -vvv' result. But 'ethtool -i eth0' was failed with
message like below,
"Cannot get driver information: No such device"
I guess net_device not registered by the errors.
JFYI, I'm using off-the-shelf adapter not LOM.

Thought I would add some more details, the issue is with the 82576 rev
1, on a dell C series system.
current setup is a 2 port bond using lacp. There are 2 tagged vlans
(802.1q) running on top of this.
The issue is traffic flows for 5-10 minutes, then drops all connections.
