No, it doesn't mean that at all.  It just means that Realtek and this 
router/switch are working as link partners.  I can't speak to quality of 
Realtek products so I have no idea how strict they are to the IEEE standards.  
Our products do closely follow the standards and we do a lot of validation 
making sure that they do follow them.
