When you lock or unlock a file (either via right-click or via the Summary tab)
the icon does not show up or disappear accordingly in the file list. You have
to click the refresh button or look at a different directory and then go back.
reproduce: Lock a file either by right clicking it and choosing to lock.
Or
Go to edit details tab, lock, then click on parent directroy to see directory
listing.
