Since I'm making test on version M1, M2 and now M3, I've got many errors from Jboss seam or Apache Tomcat.
On version 5.0, I've never seen those errors. I never post about that because I thought it was due to M1 or M2. But now on M3 I've got the same things. I've tested M1 and M3 on several computers (3) but always at one moment I've got such errors.
It appears most of the time when "playing" with file (upload, change, ...) or directly when launching nuxeo from an empty page.
When I've got such errors, I've noticed that the log (in the dos command dialog box) is full of ERROR [STDERR].

Note : I'll put 2 files with full content attached to this issue.
When I've got the errors, it is mandatory to relaunch file run.bat.
I really tried many things in order to understand why those appears (common root cause) but I've not found a relation between the errors. At a time I thought it was when I was logged with an account different than Administrator but ...
