The email notification fails on certain (i.e. poor connection with the
LDAP/User directory) situations when the recipient user is choosen.
To reproduce:
1. Go to send email notification page
2. Put a breakpoint on PrincipalListManager#getSuggestedEntries
3. Search for users => error page
