Improve proxy handling for OpenSocial server

The default shindig implementation uses the proxy selector to select host and
port of an eventual proxy server.
This was bound to nuxeo properties (in opensocial.properties), but since
shindig-1.1 the httpclient is used and thus doesn't work anymore with a proxy
set.
There are two goals :
- Make the proxy work with httpclient
- Provide a way to configure host adresses to avoid to proxy.
